These clinics have an appropriate atmosphere to deal with children. The clinics also provide special management for children with special needs like: autism, down syndrome and medically compromised patient during regular clinic session. Some treatments are carried out under General Anesthesia at DUH Operating Room (8th floor) and also at King Khalid University Hospital (KKUH). The clinics are equipped with all tools needed to perform sedation. Pediatric Clinic is consisting of 22 clinics: 3 are sedation room with 1 quiet room and of 1 recovery room. Pediatric clinic is under the umbrella of POS Chairmanship, for Postgraduates and Board of Pediatric. The department of pediatric is a home for faculty that serves as the mentor for the trainee.
